A Step-by-step Tutorial to Set up Your 1WISP Mail Account.

Begin by pressing the Start button on the bottom left-hand side of your screen, then click Programs, then click Outlook Express.

Once Outlook Express has opened, click Tools, then Accounts as shown above.

On the Internet Accounts window that opens, click Add, then Mail as shown above.

On the Internet Connection Wizard Window, type in your name and click next as shown above.

Type in the email address that was assigned to you and click next as shown above.

Type in mail.1wisp.com for the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server and press Next as shown above.

For Account name type in wisp followed by the number that was assigned to you and your password then press Next as shown above.

Press Finish as shown above.

The Internet Connection Wizard screen will disappear and you will be returned to the Internet Accounts screen as shown above.  Highlight the mail.1wisp.com Account and then click Properties.

On the mail.1wisp.com Properties Window, click the Servers tab and check the box that reads "My server requires authentication", then click OK as shown above.  Then click Close on the Internet Accounts window.
